Since graduation, I’ve been challenging myself with baking sweets that I haven’t had the time of courage to before. So far this summer, I’ve made these choux pastries, macarons (still perfecting those lil’ feet!!), a caramel cake, and a strawberry cake. I’ll share those experiences soon!
I haven’t been very good at keeping up with the blog and was flabbergasted by how out of date some of my information. Therefore the transition shall take a while! It was kind of a struggle when I had to delete the phrase “senior political science major” from my bio… It should read “full-time job applicant” instead. But, yes, I am on the employment hunt. Exhausting, definitely, but I am finding so many jobs at organizations where I feel inspired and driven to be a part of. I’m gonna change the world. Just gotta get that job first ;)
